Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz Pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 Cup butter or margarine
  • 2/3 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup nuts chopped

Instructions:


Melt butterscotch chips in heavy pan over medium heat. Remove from
heat and cool. Add brown sugar, flour, vanilla, baking powder, salt and
eggs to butterscotch mixture. Mix well and add marshmallows,
chocolate chips and nuts. Bake in 9 x 13 baking pan at 350 degrees for
20 to 25 minutes.
